Qeelin fine jewellery - a playful fusion of Chinese symbolism and modernity. Named after the Qilin, an auspicious Chinese mythical animal and icon of love, Qeelin fuses unbridled creativity with excellence in craftsmanship. It brings a touch of playfulness and surprise into the world of fine jewellery. The brand’s iconic Wulu collection revisits the legendary Chinese gourd, an auspicious emblem in Chinese tradition.

To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Directly report to the International Product and Merchandising Director
• Assist in product sample management, data maintenance, and coordination with external partners
• Conduct market research and prepare internal reports and related documentation
• Support project coordination and compliance-related documentation processes
• Monitor data accuracy and consolidate sales and survey reports
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Relevant experience in CRM or project management is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Available to work for 5 full days per week
