The Academic Regulations and Records Office (ARRO) oversees a comprehensive range of processes throughout the undergraduate study cycle. This includes class and examination scheduling, course registration, and organising Commencement. ARRO handles new student enrolment, credit transfers, major and minor declarations, course cataloguing, and assessments. Our office maintains detailed student records, issues certifications, transcripts, and award certificates, and verifies graduates’ educational backgrounds. ARRO also runs a walk-in Service Centre and offers various online services via the University’s Administrative Information Management System (AIMS). Furthermore, we provide support to the University Senate and several related committees.
Provide clerical support to the new student enrolment exercise for Semester A 2026/27 (include assisting in counter and hotline service, handling email enquiries and data input, etc.) and perform any other duties as assigned.
Overtime work may be occasionally required.
5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years’ working experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), effective interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and proficiency in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, etc.) are required. Some work experience, especially in new student enrolment would be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a computer application or written test.
