• Participate in Project Implementation and various stages across System Development Life-Cycle aligning with business needs
• Interfacing with business users and gathering business requirements and assist with translating it to technical specifications
• Collaborate across IT teams providing 2nd level system support on business application systems.
• Assist with the feasibility studies on requirements, system designs and specifications, development and coding, SIT and UAT, implementation, maintenance and support.
• Assist with verifying and validating the accuracy and completeness on the various systems design.
• Collaborate across IT teams ensuring standards are adhered to and met not limited to requirements from Infrastructure, Security and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with evaluating applications through Proof-of-Concepts, testing with tools, customization, 3rd party applications and components.
• Assist with data collection, mappings, conversion ensuring accuracy with representation
• Assist with collecting and translating user requirements into functional specifications ensuring accuracy with the translation.
• Ensure documentation not limited to architecture design, manuals, training-guides, etc. established on all application development.
• Responsible for work-flow design with tools not limited to Share Point.
• Responsible for providing assistance with demonstrations and trainings to users with the use of applications.
• Provide up-to-date progress report to the supervisor and communicate with other team members to keep abreast of the work progress.
• Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.
• Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or tasks.

• Diploma/ Degree in IT or related with preferred Technical certification in Prince2, PMP, Scrum, Agile
• 5-7 years experience in Banking/Finance and/or Accounting industry with solid exposure in system operations and networking support
• Hands–on experience with software development life-cycle adopting best practices and methodology not limited to SDLC, Agile, etc.
• Practical experience in implementing and supporting application systems for banking and finance industry.
• Solid experience on Oracle 11g R2, Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL.
• Working experience with RDBS not limited to MySQL, SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as Tableau, Qlik, etc.
• Experience with Data Mining and Data Warehousing.
• Working experience in systems development leveraging .Net, JAVA, C#, XML, Apache, Web Logic, HTML, JQuery, CSS, VB script, PowerShell etc.
• Working experience with systems development in Wintel and A|X/UNIX/LINUX environments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player and ability to work across IT teams.
• Strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage).
