現誠聘積極主動、溝通能力突出的醫學升學行政專員,加入全遠程辦公團隊。崗位核心負責潛在學生前線對接、申請資格審核、線上會議調度及客戶資料系統維護,配合團隊達成業務目標,持續提升客戶轉化率。We are seeking proactive, articulate medical admissions administrators to join our fully remote team. This role centers on engaging prospective students, conducting eligibility assessments, coordinating online consultations and maintaining client records in internal systems. You will collaborate closely with teammates to hit business targets and boost lead conversion consistently.
Key Responsibilities / 主要職責
・主動致電跟進對海外醫學留學感興趣的潛在學員,搭建並維持長期良好客戶關係
Proactively call and follow up with prospects interested in overseas medical programmes, build and sustain positive long-term client relationships
・依循公司標準作業流程,審核學生申請資格,評估學員與目標院校的匹配程度
Carry out student eligibility reviews and university fit assessments following the company’s standard operating procedures
・為符合申請條件的學生預約安排 Zoom 線上會議,對接資深醫學留學顧問進行一對一諮詢
Schedule and arrange one-on-one Zoom consultation sessions with senior medical admissions consultants for eligible students
・即時更新內部系統客戶資料,精準完成日常行政登記、資訊分類整理工作
Update client profiles in the internal system in real time, accurately complete daily admin logging and data organisation
・積極配合團隊協作,達成個人及團隊月度業務指標,共享團體業績獎勵
Collaborate actively within the team to meet individual and monthly group KPIs, and be eligible for shared team performance bonuses
・個人特質:性格開朗外向,表達溝通流暢,處事細緻有責任心;自律性強、具備自我驅動力,適合遠程居家工作
Personal traits: Outgoing and approachable with strong communication skills, meticulous and accountable work attitude; self-disciplined and self-driven, suited for fully remote home-based work

Role fit requirement: Comfortable with phone-based client communication as the core daily duty傭金收益:每成功促成一單客戶轉化,可獲 1% 額外傭金,收入不設上限
Commission Structure: Extra 1% commission per successful student conversion, uncapped earning potential工作時段:香港時間 15:00–23:00,所有電話聯繫任務於 22:00 完結
Working Hours: 15:00 – 23:00 Hong Kong Time; all calling tasks to be finished by 22:00Work remotely from anywhere in the world
