Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for residential projects
• Plan and deliver effective ATL & BTL marketing collaterals and social media plans
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing materials and in compliance with first-hand sales ordinance
• Implement PR, press and sales events
• Conduct property market research, monitor and analyze industry trends on market intelligence
• Work closely with business associates such as marketing consultants and advertising agencies etc.
• Handling ad hoc assignments whenever necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing, PR/ advertising agency, solid experience with property developers preferred
• Experience with luxury properties/ brands preferred
• Experience in compliance with the first hand sales ordinance highly preferred
• Strong research, analytical skills, good marketing sense and meticulous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Passionate, agile and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
