Process was fast. A quick 15 minute interview with 2 people asking routine questions. Its done upstairs at the dupont circle location. After 2 phone interviews this seeks like the final step.

Interview
Phone interview with the recruiter, Zoom interview with an Area Director,3rd interview in person day in the life visit (2 hours long) with a different Area Director, Final interview on Zoom with the Regional Director (the whole process took about 2 weeks) If they're interested they move you along the process pretty fast especially if they know your a good candidate who will most likely receive other offers within that span of time.
The day of the final interview I received my offer that afternoon and my final interview was at 11am received a phone call and the offer was sent by 4:14pm

Your knowledge on P&L statements and examples of what is the major key indicators you look for on those P&L statements be able to speak on a lot of examples when it comes to the line of questions

4 rounds of interviews. Took about 3-4 weeks. Starting with recruiter as round one. Interview with the area leader as round two. Round three is a “day in the life”. That was a great day getting to see the flow of service and chatting with the team and leaders. Round four was with the regional manager. Overall a great experience.

This is a multi interview process. 3 to 4 interviews before final selection. This also includes a day in the life and where you go in and experience what it will be like to work the position. They also want to see how you interact with the other staff during the day in the life.
