Super easy, asked a couple of questions, made it so it felt casual. I was very nervous going in, but ended up feeling very relaxed once we started talking. Asked about your lifestyle and just wanted to see what my personality was like

Scheduled an interview for 10:00 a.m, was told someone would be with me in a minute, 15 minutes later I was handed a hiring fair form that contained all information I had already provided during my application. 25 minutes after the start of a 30-minute interview no one had come to talk to me so I left. These companies do not inform their hiring managers of scheduled interviews, the manager I was supposed to meet with wasn't even on staff that day. Complete waste of time and frankly insulting for a management role that offers barely above minimum wage.
