I applied through other source. I interviewed at monday.com (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
First of all shoutout to Selam being pro-active and keeping all the process smooth and friendly
The interview process was well-structured and professionally managed. It consisted of multiple rounds, including:
Initial recruiter screening
Technical coding interviews
System design round
Hiring manager / team discussions
The process was smooth overall, with clear communication at each stage.
Experience:
I had a very positive experience throughout the process. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They created a comfortable environment and were open to discussions, which made the process feel collaborative rather than purely evaluative.
One highlight was the opportunity to visit the office and meet the team in person. This gave a great sense of the company culture and working environment.
The recruiter was very responsive and transparent throughout, and the team was supportive and engaged during the interviews.
Offer Process:
The offer process was smooth, and the team was flexible and open to discussion. They were willing to revisit and improve the offer, which I really appreciated.
Overall Impression:
Overall, a very strong interview experience with a great team and culture. The process was well-organized, and I felt respected as a candidate throughout.

Question 1
The questions were majorly around monday.com features and product oriented
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at monday.com (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Apr 2026
Interview
They asked me to talk about myselft and tell about my work,
they asked what i'm looking in my next career and job position.
and they told me about the proccess and the levels to get the job
I applied online. I interviewed at monday.com (Warsaw, Masovia) in Jan 2026
Interview
HR talk with Monday was the weirdest phone call I had for years. Their employee was acting like she didn't understand what are terms like contract work, outsourcing companies, software houses, and even how non-product companies operate. I tried to explain everything openly, but she was still acting like I'm hiding something.
It was after the second time I applied, the first one was ghosted. Then I got generic rejection email. Very unpleasant experience.
