Was contacted by a recruiter; spoke to them for less than 15 minutes. Passed onto the next round for case study reviews. Sent the recruiter multiple emails throughout the 2 weeks of interviewing, and to follow up, but received no reply. Thought I was getting ghosted, until they recently sent me a generic rejection email that didn't make sense. No support, despite having been referred. No communication.
