Tell me about yourself. Tell me about dealing with tough customers. Do you make others feel stupid? Are you willing to take NSF certification? Can you travel 50% or more (it's more like 80%).

My interview was done over the phone two or three times with various levels of management. I also met in person with a field service technician who has experience in the area. They wanted to know my math background and my work style as well as my feelings towards a potential relocation and comfort with travel or being away from home at least part of the time.

On the hiring and interview process was Rather peculiar as a series of phone interviews. Never meet the district manager and was essentially hired over the phone which was nice, yet rather bizarre way of conducting business.
