      Pros

      They provide you with what you need to get the job done, proper tools, training, and support. They are willing to invest in you if you have the drive and reliability.

      Cons

      Lack of backup or technicians to help support the customers. Not much training for other techs who are not too skilled in troubleshooting. Pay is not amazing but job stability is good.
