The interview process was very challenging and required extensive in-depth knowledge on the digital mobile app industry. The on-site consisted of multiple interviews with questions that covered both technical aptitude and culture fit.
All in all, the interview process was wonderful and the recruitment team was extremely efficient. I was able to tell that App Annie is committed to building a highly skilled team with great culture.

The interview process went great & really fast! I enjoyed meeting everyone & had good conversation…. But then radio silent I got ghosted.
I’ve never experienced this before. I made it to the final stages, & understand some applicants match better, but let me know & not hanging.

1)quick phone screening 2) hiring manager interview 3) case study about 4~6 questions 4) direct manager interview 5) management interview except for the case study interview, which all took less than 30 mins.
Overall recruiters are responsive and try to do a good job. But some things seem unnecessary and more for "show". For instance the infamous "homework" that is quite time consuming and labor intensive. I don't think all roles have this but shouldn't it be consistent across the board?
Feels like App Annie is trying to copy the bigger companies of Silicon Valley, instead of creating their own meaningful interview process.
