First round - Recruiter screening, Second round - Hiring manager interview, Round-robing style interview with cross-functional stakeholders and a 1 hour portfolio presentation to design team. Each team member asked behavioral style questions. I spent weeks preparing and working with them, but never heard back from the recruiter about the hiring decision. It also didn't seem like anyone knew for sure what the primary focus or goal of the role was.
