Interview
The interview process was very through. All recruiter interactions were very nice . The interview process consisted of applying online, phone interview , then in-person interview at their beautiful Atlanta office . The in person interview involved shadowing someone in the current position and then two interviews with hiring managers . If offered the job you will have your new hire orientation in Maine(Company HQ) for week and train for 15 weeks altogether before you are officially in your role . The company culture is great and I suggest you research the companies products it offers and the functions of each one .
Group Interview, Questions were not difficult but be prepared to handle relevant situational questions, Then communicate effectively with your interviewers. I think the purpose of the interviews are to also assess how effectively you communicate to see you would speak under stress in the role of the position.
