I had a screening interview with a technical recruiter, then an interview with the team lead, followed with a 3 hour skype interview with 4 team members. After I passed this final one, I was invited to fly out to Boston for a 3 hour interview with several team members and the recruiter. The recruiter was awesome - she check in after each interview and prepped me on each individual's style or expected questions. They had a really fast turn around time - often getting in touch the next day. Everyone was really warm and friendly, and the interviews were highly conversational. The tended to be more behavioral and interest focused. athenhealth really hires for fit, and they wanted to know more about my personality and interests than technical aptitude.
