Well organized pre-screening and telephone interview process prior to traveling to the corporate office for face to face interviews. In person interviews included powerpoint presentation on prior company and on Athena in mock situations to senior staff. Extensive phone interviews, followed by panel interviews with up to 7 individuals in a single day, before or after a delivered slide presentation.
