I would rate this interview close to the bottom as far as MBA interviews go. The entire process was very one-sided with few opportunities to connect with people you could potentially be working with. Most of the interviews were with athenahealth bureaucracy, who asked super generic questions on auto-pilot and clearly weren't listening to my responses. The hiring manager's constant questioning about competing offers felt crude. Again, it felt like all of the questioning was designed to extract as much information out of candidates as possible while athenahealth revealed as little as possible about the rotational program or where they were as far as finalizing their class of hires went. Compared to other MBA interviews, something felt a little sleazy and off with this one.
