Interview
Had an interview with HM. Went just fine. When I asked the HM at the end "Is there a next step?" He said yes. Then a couple of days later got the rejection. I didn't care for the dishonesty. He could have deflected a different way - not someone I could work for.

Overall good experience with Zscaler. Interviewer and HR both were very accomodative. 3 rounds of technical and then HR. They assess on good people management skills and grill on technical aspect as well.
Talent Recruiter was definitely skilled, really a great attitude and the conversation was absolutely interesting and relaxed, however had to chase for a feedback afterward. Questions were on point, and the talk lasted almost 40 minutes

Interview
The recruiter was excellent. The vetting process went well. The initial interview was with the hiring manager. He was aggressive and demeaning. I chose not move forward with the interview.
