Interview
My hiring process was straight forward. The first three calls I have been with hiring manager and with the team I was supposed to work with. For me that was a good way to learn a little bit about the environment I going to work with and if I will fit into that team.
That was followed by an in person panel interview and finally two more EXEC interviews.
In all that meetings I had pretty clear understanding of what to expect and why that is.

Interview
The process was very straightforward and transparent. In the end, there were other candidates with more experience. I would definitely move forward with another interview process if given the chance.
I have been intervied by an Executive HR, very direct and getting immediatly into the point, questioning to drive effectivly the call, a very pleasant conversation great exchange of ideas
