Very laid back. There are a lot of rounds and it takes time sometimes. as there are a lot of candidates in the funnel. to ensure diversity and inclusion requirements. Expect to receive an offer after a month maybe and then onboarding maybe two weeks to a month.

Interview
You will have a screen call with the recruiter. If you pass the screening you will interview with the hiring manager, then two other managers. If they like you then you will interview/meet a team member. The interviews are maximum 30 minutes each.
