Interview
Resume and basic application questions to apply. Phone screen with recruiter with a few weeks of applying. Interview process started 6 weeks after the phone screen. There were four interviews with hiring manager (1-on-1), team members (2-on-1 and 4-on-1), and a senior executive (1-on1). There was also a writing assignment in between the second and third interviews. I found out about the offer determination 4 days after the last interview. It was a thorough interview process that took nearly 3 months from the application to result.

Question 1
All the interviews had both technical investigation questions and challenging behavioral questions. For example: how do you deal with an interviewee lying, what was the most complex investigation you had conducted, tell me about a time when you failed, tell me about a time when you provided negative feedback, walk me through your resume, tell me about this specific experience on your resume, etc. Some interviewers used the STAR method.

Interview
So far I do not have a good impression of this company. I was contacted by a recruiter. We scheduled time for an interview . I am a business professional so this took some adjusting. The recruiter told me she would get back to me the following week. I have emailed her twice. No response. Very disappointing. Red flag.
