At first the process was efficient and to the point. I had an interview scheduled with manager after initial “survey”. But I ended up getting an auto rejection email middle of night before my early morning interview. It’s strange to be rejected before even speaking with candidate. I understand having many applicants but I have been on the opposite end and plan ahead on how many candidates we want to interview and then hear them out. Overall my time that went into preparing for interview was wasted.
