I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications in Jun 2021
Interview
Good interview process from start to finish. Initial interview with the recruiter. Shortly after I met with the hiring manger who provided a transparent overview of the team and what to expect in the role.
Next was the panel interview with four team members. The recruiter kept me informed throughout the process, what to expect next and was available to help answer any questions I had along the way.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications in Sept 2021
Interview
The process was gone fast and was positive for all the interviews that I had. but since the last interview , I had no answer no feedback ( more than 3 weeks). I was disappointed to know ( non officially ) that another candidate was accepted for this job. one week later the HR Called me and informed that they took another candidate with more customer facing experience ( as the HR said) .
Telecommunication world is very small and fortuitously , I know the other candidate and I know his experiences !!!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Overall it was a good experience. The recruiter was responsive and even the interviewers were warm and friendly. However, the final interviews were cut short as one of the interviewer felt I was underselling myself and the other did not have much to ask.
