Interviewed with multiple people that was fairly straightforward. Some had to be rescheduled multiple times due to conflicts which delayed the process. I was also asked to do a project for one of the interviewers in which I spent two days preparing. However, this person would not give me her email to deliver the project but I had to route it through the hiring manager. This was a red flag. I'm a professional who was treated like a commodity and I did not appreciate that. Interviewing is a very intimate and vulnerable and I found this very disrespectful. Further, after submitting this project, I received absolutely no correspondence from anyone at Zoom for over 2 weeks! Is this normal? No feedback or updates. I found out I didn't get the job by getting this ridiculous email to take this survey. Please do better. This was embarrassing for Zoom.

The overall process was very well organized and fast paced. The lack of feedback was disappointing and I was asked to do a work assignment unfortunately that was never acknowledged.
