The interview began with a clear lack of professional courtesy. I joined with my camera on, while the entire team kept theirs off. When I was asked to turn mine on while they remained hidden, I politely suggested rescheduling for a time when everyone could be ready for a face-to-face interaction to ensure a balanced environment. Instead of a professional dialogue, my request was met with dismissive and insulting comments about my behavior. This interaction, combined with similar patterns I had seen in other reviews, raised serious red flags about the company's culture and respect for candidates.
The interview process involves screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, assessing skills through tests or technical rounds, evaluating cultural fit, and making final decisions based on performance, communication, and overall suitability.
