Long process, fairly transparent, 3rd party personality test - seems unnecessary. Overall decent experience just be aware it can take a while and ask good questions about a day in the life or expect not to hear much about what to expect.
Phone interview first with the HR representative who was not exactly friendly, then an interview with the hiring manager. When he realized that I was currently unemployed, his demeanor changed and was rather abrupt. Not impressed with this company.

Long, use a personality test to weed out people and most people don't pass it. Phone calls with internal recruiters, then meet with Regional, Area Managers before any offer is presented
