Interview
After 2 interviews, they sent me a test task on building a strategy for their Appmetrica product.
After completing the test task, I was invited to an interview with a manager who did not review the task at all and asked me to do the presentation based on my task. and was eating apples.
but the worst part is that they never mentioned that the test task should've been about Appmetrica Product Analytics, not "Appmetrica Marketing Analytics", and I prepared the strategy based on marketing analytics.

Interview
I had three job interviews with Yandex. I applied for the first one and the process was positive. I received positive feedback, but they said they would pass the position to someone from within. In the second one, they reached me. They did not make any return after the interviews. In the third one, they contacted me again. They said they had very good feedback about me. After the interview they gave a negative answer because they said that the position was low for me. they said that it would be a downgrade for me and they would hire someone in the starting position.
