They ask me to take a hands on programming exam for about 4 hours, then I waited for about 2 hours for the interviewer. But they then told me he was not coming and I had to go back the next day. The next day, they let me answer a few essays. Then came the interview. It was very informal. It didn't even seem like an interview.
