Xtremax interview questions

Initial interview was with HR. She asked me about my salary expectations and availability. For the technical interview, it was pretty straightforward, interviewed by 2 people. I had to wait for the interviewer for around 15 minutes. Asked me a few questions regarding my background and my experience.

Initial interview with HR and was ghosted without notice. After 2 weeks, HR replied and conducted the interview. Each HR reply takes about a week. HR do not have the curtesy to inform candidate about status even if the candidate made it to the final interview round. This is something that I have yet to experience and find it rather unprofessional.
