Emailed, didn't hear after 10 days and sent follow up email - heard back within the hour and was given a project to complete. Never heard from them again. Pretty disappointing HR after you commit quite a bit of time to complete a mock project. Totally understand not getting the job, but wish the company and staff member had handled it better considering 90% of their site pages talk about their amazing 'culture' ...
