I enjoyed the interview process and thought I was perfect for the position, given the feedback from managers until the presentation group interview, when it fell off. I was tasked to do a presentation on a product which I spent days preparing and revising. During the interview, which was billed as a collaborative interview, there was little collaboration or discussion, which left me feeling like I had done something wrong. They did not task me to create a PowerPoint, but I was open to it, and I like to put in 110%. I gave my presentation, the group feedback was silent, and there was little to no discussion. After the presentation, I answered several questions about experience and culture-related issues and asked a few of my own. The interview ended rather abruptly, and I was left disheartened, as what I thought was the end to my search was just another bump in the road. I hope they may consider me for another position, as I know I have the experience and I'm a cultural fit. I have reached out for feedback but have yet to hear anything back, and did not receive a response to my thanks after the interview. Upsetting to say the least.
