Interview
The interview process was quite in depth, there was a recorded video section, followed by a group interview, followed by a single interview, and then training. Each interview lasted approximately 15-30 minutes. It was lovely getting a chance to chat with current cabin crew members as part of the interview process.

They asked lots of questions regarding what I believed the position entailed and what was important.
After I applied the job online, I got a video interview after 3 weeks. It takes 30-45 mins and you need to record your answer. Westjet team will review the answers you uploaded, and update your application status.
