What will you do to deliver a great guest experience?

Digital interview: 6 questions with about 1 - 2 mins prepping for each question before the recording started. No retake is permitted. 1 x 1 interview: A few procedural questions (asking if I was a Canadian, if I was aware of the physical assessment if accepted, if I was aware this was a part time job a part-timed whether I could commit to the flexible schedule etc.). Other customer service-oriented questions: 1) Tell us about yourself. 2) Tell us about a situation that you de-escalated it. 3) Tell us about a situation in which you had to learn new difficult computer/ technological skills and how did you go about it? 4) You are working at a gate and there is a guest that appears to be intoxicated, how would you handle it? I think there are 1 - 2 more questions that I don't remember
