Easy. Complete the personality questionnaire during the application process then wait to hear from a recruiter. The recruiter will do a phone screen and match either to the position you applied for or another available position they have. The final step is the interview with the hiring manager and/or team. If they decide to offer you the position, the recruiter reaches out with the offer letter within 1 week and if/when you accept, you get an onboarding team to walk you through the next steps.
