Interview process was fair and fairly quick! Heard back the same week after one round of interviews. Also was able to negotiate, so new grads don’t be ashamed or afraid to negotiate!

Interview
Easy. Complete the personality questionnaire during the application process then wait to hear from a recruiter. The recruiter will do a phone screen and match either to the position you applied for or another available position they have. The final step is the interview with the hiring manager and/or team. If they decide to offer you the position, the recruiter reaches out with the offer letter within 1 week and if/when you accept, you get an onboarding team to walk you through the next steps.

everyone was very kind, but the interviewing process was a bit short. However, they did give us enough time to talk about ourselves, and I was able to talk to the nursing managers.
