Interview process was an online survey which was personality based. Then an over the phone interview to get to know your experience then an in person interview to determine whether you would be a good fit

The Job Interview involved 2 levels: a phone interview and if passed an interview with the branch and assistant branch manager. Asked several situation questions. Typically should hear back within 3 weeks.

Name a time when you had to make a decision and a supervisor was not there, how did you handle the situation.
Smooth process with easy questions about previous experience. Open ended interview questions and patient hiring team. Most experience needed is being a previous teller in a financial institution. Although, I think a credit union would suffice as well.
