Interviewer was late for starters .The interview didn’t feel like a conversation, it didn’t flow at all. The questions lacked depth and didn’t feel the interviewer cared to know who I was. Then at the very end told me there was only time for 2 questions. It was terrible, it was for the Philadelphia Metro Market.

Interview was a positive experience with in person discussion followed by an offer a week later. Branch Manager and Branch supervisor were in the interview process asking questions which were related to customer service experience.

Initial interview over the phone with recruiter. Next was panel interview with hiring manager, another Relationship Manager and another manager. Final process is to meet senior leadership. Panel interview is behavioral.
