Very simple hiring process. You meet with a recruiter first, then manager then regional manager. Then you tour the facility in which you will work at. You are required to get fingerprinted and have a background check.

Well conducted. The interview was a panel - 2 individuals. Just really explaining your experiences as to how you were to handle - and or - fix a scenario that could relate to their workplace.
