Interview with hiring managers was difficult because you are asked in these situations to brag about your past actions in situations where you present yourself as a superhero. If you practice answering such question then you can do well enough.
Process included a phone interview that I needed to dial into to connect with someone. This was one of the weirder interviews I've had and seemed rather impersonal. Overall I didn't decide to move forward with the process.

Tell me about a time where you have had a disagreement with a superior and how you handled the situation.
Plan on over an hour for the questions and interview process. Then another couple hours for background check paperwork. Overall a good interview process. Just lacks greatly in technology and internal change management processes.
