      Analyst Interview

      19 May 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Visa Inc. in Aug 2010

      Interview

It was long and there were 3 rounds depending on your job. Questions asked was how do you trouble shoot and add value to the organisation. You must be quick thinking and have a comfortable way of adapting to rapid changes in the organisation, as well as be aware of the political games played at all levels.

      Application

I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Miami, FL)

      Interview

Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.

      Analyst Interview

      31 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Warsaw, Masovia
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Warsaw, Masovia)

      Interview

The whole interview took more than 2 months, 1 month waiting, lack of professionalism. Interviews were more about information about the job, and why do VP meet analyst candidates? Don't they have better things to do? Aren't managers should be enough? I'm not quite sure - some of the interviewers don't seem know what's going on..... Initial 'interviews' by HR were done in email... they asked your salary expectation, visa status, etc. Very lack of professionalism.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

how to be a top performer and basically if you'd do overtime when they need you
