Contacted via email to setup a telephonic 1st round with the HR. Profile was shortlisted and I had to complete a Technical assessment within 3 days in order to move ahead which I did. After a week, sat for my 2nd round which was a virtual interview with the panelists. I personally felt that the interview went good but they did not even have the decency to share any update on my application status even after 3 weeks. One day I got an email asking to rate the interview experience and then realized that I did not go through ! To cross verify, I visited my career account on SmartRecruiters to check and my application was already archived. Even after continuous follow -ups with the HR on mail as well as on mobile, I did not get any response. The HR (2 females) turned very cold post my 2nd round and one of them even ignored all my calls and messages. This indeed was a very bad experience for me and I did not expect this from VISA at all ! Lesson -- Don't keep your hopes high even if things seem smooth.

Interview Process has 2 rounds. 1st is Technical Round with Seniors or Colleagues on your overall experience written on CV and understanding business 2nd round is managerial round where Manager want to make sure that you are right fit for role by asking questions like - Did you have conflict with your manager in past etc . Prepare as many examples you can to support your answers.
