3 rounds - screening, two team mates, one senior folk. One case interview then behavioral and fit/motivation, Was a great process ! HR a bit on the slow side and not as transparent so could be improved
The recruiter was late to the scheduled phone screening, so I initially assumed it had been cancelled. When I attempted to call back, the system requested a call-back ID, which I had not received. I followed up by email to resolve the issue, but the recruiter never responded.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Visa Inc.
Interview
I was referred internally. I got a call from Recruiter to set up an interview with the manager. Recruiter was very helpful, mostly asked if I was willing to relocate, why I was leaving my current role, and if I'd be willing to travel. Recruiter didn't have any info on the job beyond the description, and couldn't provide more. Had a manager interview two days later, and the manager also did not know what they were looking for. Made it really difficult to answer any questions because they were unsure of what they wanted, and started interviewing before they knew that
