Initial set of two 1:1 interviews in first round , pretty standard.
In second round apresentation of a (sanitized) piece of work to a panel of three people.
Subsequent 3rd party background check company process including Residency, credit and bankruptcy checks, Employment verification, Academic qualifications, Directorship check and Media check.
