I applied online. The process was a phone screener, a phone interview with a director, a 3-hour onsite, and then a final interview with a PM. Overall process took 2.5 months.
HR was slow and occasionally unresponsive to emails (which I was told by Visa employees that this was not atypical) and the overall process was very easy for a product rotational program in the Bay Area. All questions were behavioral - there were no cases, homework assignments, or technical questions.

Interview
There was a simple case study and then a few behavioral questions. I had a really nice interviewer but he was a bit rushed in the beginning. Overall good process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Visa Inc. in Oct 2021
Interview
First round did not focus on PM case studies but on behavioral questions. There were 2 interviews (30 min each, back to back). Interviewers were nice, questions were fair, and mainly focused on going through your resume and asking 'tell me about when...' questions.
It was a good experience. I enjoyed meeting the hiring manager and the recruiters. They seemed a but unorganized but were kind. Moved slowly though. However, I was very happy at how it went. Questions were easy and conversation was relaxed.
