Very very bad, recruiters are pathetic they don't respond ..they don't acknowledge or reply back even after 2 weeks even you are through for next round...the beginning only gave very megatove experience to not join

first round phone interview, then onsite. Behavior questions and previous working experience. People are nice and hiring process is slow. It takes 4 months to get the feedback and the offer.
