After having a current employee submit my resume internally had 5 phone interviews over about a month and a half before hearing back. After asking for feedback from the recruiter on my perceived shortcomings several times, the recruiter actually blocked my email.

Very very very frustrating interview process. Went through 2 30min first round interviews, then passed to 2nd round which comprised of 1 case study, 2 50min interviews with Director/VPs. Went a month without hearing anything despite the recruiter telling me feedback was incredible throughout. Then was put on another interview, and made to wait another month before being told they were no longer hiring for the position.
Recruiter also changed their narrative multiple times, from the team having to decide between me and another candidate, to not hiring for the position any longer.
Zero transparency and very messy and disorganized interview process. Would save your time and apply for MasterCard or any other fintech if you are interested in the sector.

Behavioral and case study....done in one day, back to back. Wasn't too please with my interviewer as he went off script and started to ask very internal knowledge-like questions during the case study. Those questions also did not have any relation to the case study. The recruiter didn't seem to care the interview process is tainted.
