First was a phone screening with the recruiter which was very basic, then a a phone interview with the hiring manager which was slightly more in-depth. If you make it to the panel, you will interview with 6 different people. A mix of the hiring manager, director, teammates, and cross functional stakeholders. Each interview is roughly 30 minutes. Each one basically asks you the same thing and by the time you get to the end you get really good at answering the questions.
