Applied and heard back pretty quickly. Went through a phone interview and was told I’d hear back later that week. That was a month ago. I emailed the recruiter expressing my continued interest - still no contact. It made me lose respect for the company and their treatment of candidates. I’m a hiring manager at my current company and we would never leave a candidate wondering the outcome of their application.
