This was my second try. I had attended once in Mar 2017, and after one year, got interview call again. Both the experience are bad. Mostly interviewers have the feeling that they have horns on their heads. The expectation is very high and expect bookish answers.
Experience 1 (2017):
There were 3 rounds from 3 different people.
1st person refused to see my resume and asked all random questions from whole of networking. The expectation was I should know everything, even though never worked on that.
2nd person was a sane person as he was a manager, and experience was good.
3rd person kept making "McKayla Maroney" face, whenever I answered!
Experience 2 (2018):
Was called up for a drive on Saturday. Had only one round of interview.
The guy was a framework developer, and asked me to write some problem solving programs/algorithms.
There are multiple ways to write a program/algorithm to solve a particular problem, its ridiculous to expect that the candidate MUST write program, as its going on in their head.
He was not satisfied with my approach, even after I justified mine.
After interview, HR did not even have courtesy to say "you can leave, we will get back to you". Every one was asked to leave by security person :D as if we were intruders, I was like :O
