4 rounds of interviews including HR screening, 2 technical rounds and one hiring manager round. All the panelists were very supportive and friendly. Interview rounds will mainly focus on scenario-based questions related to capacity planning, forecasting and data reporting.

Question 1
Most of the questions were scenario based. Questions were based on workforce planning, contact center management and data analytics. Rather than asking questions, interview panelists will partner with to discuss different scenarios and try to understand how you would react to these scenarios based on your skill and expertise.
